Hunter\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4fdd\u62a4\u654f\u611f\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u9014\u5f84\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u4e09\u4e2a\u5c42\u9762\u6765\u4fdd\u62a4\u96c7\u4e3b\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u5458\u5de5\u628a\u6240\u638c\u63e1\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u6cc4\u6f0f\u5230\u7ade\u4e89\u8005\u624b\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u901a\u8fc7\u300a\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u7edf\u4e00\u5546\u4e1a\u79d8\u5bc6\u6cd5\u300b\uff08\u201cOUTSA\u201d\uff09\u4e3a\u201c\u5546\u4e1a\u79d8\u5bc6\u201d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002\u201c\u5546\u4e1a\u79d8\u5bc6\u201d\u5728OUTSA\u4e2d\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u76f8\u5bf9\u72ed\u4e49\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5e76\u4e0d\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u96c7\u4e3b\u60f3\u8981\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u5728Orthofix, Inc.\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\u5f3a\u8c03\u7684\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u96c7\u4f63\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u7684\u4fdd\u5bc6\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u7981\u6b62\u5458\u5de5\u5728\u96c7\u4f63\u5173\u7cfb\u5b58\u7eed\u671f\u95f4\u548c\u5173\u7cfb\u7ec8\u6b62\u540e\u63ed\u9732\u4fdd\u5bc6\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6761\u6b3e\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f83\u4e3a\u5927\u8303\u56f4\u5730\u56ca\u62ec\u201c\u5546\u4e1a\u79d8\u5bc6\u201d\u5b9a\u4e49\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u4fdd\u5bc6\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u96c7\u5458\u6240\u638c\u63e1\u7684\u5e38\u8bc6\u548c\u6280\u672f\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u5728\u5c11\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u7528\u53cd\u7ade\u4e89\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u7981\u6b62\u524d\u4efb\u5458\u5de5\u5728\u79bb\u4efb\u540e\u7684\u4e00\u5b9a\u671f\u9650\u5185\u4e3a\u7ade\u4e89\u8005\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u53ef\u4ee5\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e94\u8be5\u901a\u8fc7\u5408\u540c\u6761\u6b3e\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u89c4\u5b9a\u638c\u63e1\u654f\u611f\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u5458\u5de5\u5728\u96c7\u4f63\u5173\u7cfb\u7ec8\u6b62\u65f6\u91c7\u53d6\u4e00\u5b9a\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5c06\u5458\u5de5\u7535\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\u7684\u654f\u611f\u4fe1\u606f\u5168\u90e8\u6e05\u9664\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u505a\u597d\u4e8b\u524d\u9632\u8303\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u51fa\u73b0\u95ee\u9898\u53ca\u65f6\u56de\u5e94\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4fdd\u62a4\u4f01\u4e1a\u662f\u5341\u5206\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u5728\u96c7\u4f63\u5173\u7cfb\u5b58\u7eed\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4e4b\u4e2d\u548c\u4e4b\u540e\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u4f01\u4e1a\u4fdd\u62a4\u4fdd\u5bc6\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u7b49\u5230\u4f60\u7684\u7ade\u4e89\u8005\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u5c31\u5df2\u7ecf\u592a\u665a\u4e86\u3002\u5982\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u8bf7<a href=\"https:\/\/leijianglaw.com\/zh\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_self\">\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec<\/a>\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A major concern for many employers is how to protect sensitive information from being discovered or used when an employee leaves for a competitor.
