Direct Import Home D\u00e9cor, et al<\/em>. Case No. 1:13-CV-02701 in U.S. District Court for Northern District of Ohio. The remaining plaintiffs received full settlement for their damages.\u00a0 Attorney Lei Jiang and her team achieved a great victory for the plaintiffs.<\/p>\n<p>This case was filed on December 9, 2013.\u00a0 Lei Jiang Law Firm successfully obtained class certification on June 18, 2014.\u00a0 After several months of discovery, we discovered additional violations.\u00a0 The battle was intense, but in the end justice prevailed.\u00a0 All remaining Plaintiffs received 100% compensation.\u00a0 This was a remarkable result.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sardisco<\/em><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>is our second federal FLSA class action in U.S. District Court for Northern District of Ohio.\u00a0 The first FLSA class action,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em>Chen v.
