Entry level Associate

We are seeking skilled, diligent, and courageous people to join our firm.  Candidate should submit cover letter, resume, and school transcript for consideration.  Different positions are available, including entry level associate, experienced associate, and law clerk.
Job Description for entry level Associate (litigation track)

1. gathering facts
2. research law
3. litigation track: review and draft complaint, motion, brief, discovery, and other legal documents

transactional track: review and draft corporate documents, security documents, contracts, different applications, etc.

1. interact with clients
2. interact with courts, counsels, and other parties
3. appear in courts for hearings and participate in trials

Skills/background in IP, immigration, tax is a plus.
A second language is a plus, especially Chinese.

Other essentials: MS Word and general computer knowledge, reliable transportation, no criminal record. Drug and background check may be required.

Computer, network and web programmer

We are hiring a computer, network and web programmer, part-time or full time. The duty includes

• Design and program websites,
• Design and program database;
• Resolve network issues;
• Handle other technical work;

Fluent in Chinese is a plus.
