On April 2, 2011, the 2011 Midwest APALSA Conference was held at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. It was entitled “East Meets West: Emerging Issues in Law and Legal Practice.” Ms. Jiang was invited, among other attorneys, professors and judges, as a speaker of a panel. Lei shared her story and experience of legal practices with attendees and discussed issues impacting Asian Pacific Americans in the law. Her speech received wide favorable comments.
